Love & Hip Hop star Maurice Fayne aka Arkansas Mo has been arrested and being charged for fraud.
The reality TV star is allegedly being charged for bank fraud as he is being accused of spending millions of dollars of Covid-19 relief funds on jewelry and luxury cars.
“The defendant allegedly stole money meant to assist hard-hit employees and businesses during these difficult times, and instead greedily used the money to bankroll his lavish purchases of jewelry and other personal items,” Assistant Attorney General Brian A. Benczkowski of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division said.
If convicted, Arkansas Mo will face up to 25 years in prison.
