The promo featured a huge argument between Kourtney and Kim.“I will f— you up, you literal f—ing c—,” Kourtney, 40, yells at Kim, 39, throwing a bottled water at her. The two start fighting, throwing punches and kicks. Khloe Kardashian gets in between them to separate them, but Kourtney manages to punch Kim in her face.
