Seven months after serial cheater Tristan Thompson’s paternity scandal, it is being revealed that Khloe is having a second baby with him via surrogate.
The rep said that the baby was conceived last November and is expected to be born very soon.

“We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November,” the rep stated.
