Khloe took it to social media to thank her fans for choosing her to win a People’s Choice Awards for Reality TV Star of 2020, where she seems to have a new facelift, with new chin, cheeks, brows and nose! She also received a stunning arrangement of roses from her on-and-off beau Tristan Thompson, 29, in honor of her big win.
