According to a California Highway Patrol incident report obtained by CNN, the actor was involved in a serious car accident. The driver, Jared Black was driving Hart’s 1970 Plymouth Barracuda when he lost control of the vehicle.
They were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment, the report states.
