This doesn’t seem new. Because last summer while Kyrie and Chantel were still dating, he brought Kevin along to an event where she was DJing. And there are pictures where Kevin seems to be staring at her. And while Kyrie and Chantel’s relationship eventually ended, there are reports that claim that the two are still very close.
