While we made slow steps this year, police brutality continues. A white cop from Kenosha, Wisconsin, has just shot a Black man, Jacob Blake, in the back seven times, while he was walking away from them.
Jacob has been transported to the hospital in serious but stable condition. Daniel Poneman, a close family friend, tweeted that Blake is now out of surgery in the ICU and is “expected to make it.”
