Kellie Chauvin, who had been married to Derek for 10 years, has had some of her own forgery related incidents in 2005 but they were dismissed later. The couple do not have any children, though Kellie does have children from her previous relationship.
“While Ms. Chauvin has no children from her current marriage, she respectfully requests that her children, her elder parents, and her extended family be given safety and privacy during this difficult time,” the statement said.
