According to Nichol Lechmanik, a photographer, Ye was angrily confronting a different paparazzi — going through the man’s pockets. The woman who is suing Ye claims that she feared the rapper may have had a weapon on him.
In the lawsuit, Lechmanik says she was terrified Ye would come after her next and he indeed did come up to her car. Ye walked up to her car while she was driving and still recording. The video then showed Ye and the woman getting into an argument with the woman saying “You all ain’t gonna run up on me like that!.”
