Back in January, Mike Sorrentino pled guilty to one count of tax evasion and was sentenced to eight months in prison and two years of supervised release. In addition to his sentence, he must also complete 500 hours of community services, pay $123,913 in restitution (which was already paid) and a $10,000 fine.
