Rymir, 30, recently filed a court order demanding that Hov take a DNA test.
According to reports, he has been fighting this case since he was 21-years-old but he is not ready to give up. The Supreme Court denied his new motion and the Appellate division also ruled against it last week. However, he reportedly plans to file an appeal with the District Court now.
“This is not going to be over until justice is served,” he told the Daily Mail. “I just want to live my life and, when it is all said and done, I hope that Jay-Z would want to be a part of my life, if that is God’s will.”
