At the time of Apollo and Phaedra’s divorce, they agreed to share legal custody while Phaedra kept primary custody of their sons. It now seems that Phaedra does not want their kids to be around him since his early release. He was originally sentenced after pleading guilty to laundering over $2.3 million using fake bank accounts, and stolen checks among other things.
