The authorities performed the check on May 2 and found Bowie dead in her bedroom. According to her obituary, her date of death was April 23.
“Unfortunately, so many people, including the media, are making speculations that she did something to herself, which is very hurtful,” Bowie’s agent Kimberly Holland said.
“So hopefully, now knowing the truth, there will be many apologies.”
