In a recent speech on Friday, Barbara Oteng-Gyasi, the minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture, offered unhappy African Americans to come to Ghana.
Oteng-Gyasi noted that “racism in America is deadly and George Floyd wasn’t the first black man who said ‘I can’t breathe'”.
