There are claims that Lapattra is not collaborating with the police, as this week the Harris County District Attorney in Houston was forced to subpoena records from the hospital where Lapattra was treated following the attack, MTO News reports.
Typically prosecutors receive the hospital records from the victim. If the victim is not cooperating with the investigation, police has to subpoena the records, which is what’s happening to Lapattra.
