Iggy’s once sexy derriere given to her with the aid of a plastic surgeon, did not respond as well to her changes in body weight and did not have the same snap back. Fans claim that her surgically enhanced butt has “dropped,” and some even saying that it has “dropped to her knees.”
We think she looks great.
