Now his fiance Desiree is fighting the court to declare her DMX’s “common-law wife” so that she can legally become the controller of his estate.
However, the court recently denied her request. And while that’s happening, DMX’s children are appearing one after the other making the recent woman his 15th child.

It is also being reported that DMX’s estate battle is going to cost about $500,000 in legal fees which would all be paid through his estate.
