People have different opinions about how the police handled Ma’Khia Bryant’s situation in Columbus, Ohio. Some teenage girls had a fights which quickly escalated and turned violent. Someone (which police now thinks was Ma’Khia) called 911 and when the police reached the location, they saw 16-year-old Ma’Khia attempting to stab another girl with a knife. Instantly, a cop shot Ma’Khia multiple times which caused her death.
Now people are debating if that was the best way to deal with the situation involving teenagers.
