Finland allocates a total defense budget of $3.7 billion to the Finnish Navy, and because of this, the force boasts 270 navy assets and a crew of 31,500 highly trained personnel. With eight mine warfare vessels, and eight patrol crafts, who would dare disrupt this nation’s peace?
