According to a now VIRAL video, a couple in Portsmouth was seen licking a tub of ice cream and then placing it back in the freezer of a supermarket.

A spokesperson for the Portsmouth Police Department in Virginia revealed that a ton of frustrated people recently made reported the couple and made the officers aware of the video.
