Then Cookie Hull who got close to Lonnie after the ladies toured together, revealed that not only did she write many of Lonnie’s jokes, but she was responsible for Tamar’s dismissal. She said, “She told me that she was going to try to get her off of the show. She told me that she wanted to be the only ghetto girl on the show, and she wanted to get rid of her.”
