Chance’s album was expected to sell over 125,000 units within its first week, as well as debut at number one. It debuted at number two and sold just under 110,000 units which is great for Chance, but the feedback from the fans have been less than complimentary. After the suicide comment, the rapper wrote, “That’s not my vibe at all, but I feel the push.”
He later wrote, “and I feel like even more than that, some people want me to feel ashamed.”
