Mary-Louise Parker is an actress and writer who kick started her career with a stage debut in the Broadway production of Prelude to a Kiss. She went on to appear in various films such as Grand Canyon, The Client, and The Portrait of a Lady.
Parker rose to prominence thanks to her feisty character, Nancy Botwin, in the TV series, Weeds. Parker had a child with fellow actor Billy Crudup in 2004. She went on to date co-star Jeffrey Dean Morgan in 2006, and they got engaged two years later, only for Parker to break it off before they made it to the altar.
