Edie Falco is an actress who gained fame due to her role as Carmela Soprano in the TV series The Sopranos. She played the wife of a mob leader on the show but in real life, she is single (though she does take care of her two daughters who were both adopted).
In a 2010 interview with The Daily Beast, the actress opened up about marriage, saying that she thinks the divorce of her parents affected her outlook, and she hasn’t come across a lot of marriages that have encouraged her to take the same route.
