Charles Hernandez, who also goes by the name of Charles Joy was arrested in West Virginia. He was barricaded in his house by police force and they had to use teargas to get him out.
This is not Charles’ first crime either. He has served two stints in the prison – one in 1992 when he was in prison for 15 years and then again in 2006 when he had a 12 year prison sentence.
While in prison, he had a brush with rapper Maino which led to a HUGE brawl.
