The murderer of New York based Stephanie Perkins, 39, and Chioteke Thompson, 23 has been arrested and charged with murder and gun possession.
A surveillance footage was released in which the murderer, identified as Charles Hernandez, dressed as a woman and ran up to the couple before shooting them with a machine gun.
