Brooklyn Man Charles Hernandez who cut rapper Maino’s face killed two people in broad day light while dressed as a woman.
While dressed as a woman, a man gunned down two people on the street of East New York in broad daylight. The man has been identified as ex-con Charles Hernandez, the same man who cut rapper Maino’s face.
