According to officer’s statements, Royce Reed was pulled over for a minor traffic violation and when the police attempted to stop her, she made “evasive maneuvers” and tried to flee.
Following a chase, Royce was arrested and the police charged her with “fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, a third degree felony.”
