Police told NBC Los Angeles that between 300 and 500 cars were parked near Chris Brown’s house in hillside San Fernando Valley neighborhood of Tarzana. The crowd dispersed from the party without incident after talking with police and no arrests were made.
But it’s not all going great for Chris.
