All 3 men who were involved in the murder of Ahmaud Arbery on Feb 23 have been arrested and are charged with murder.
According to legal reports, Bryan “attempted to confine and detain Ahmaud Arbery without legal authority.”
Reports also confirm that he was “utilizing his vehicle on multiple occasions during the time frame, with the intention of confining and detaining Arbery.”
