Tasha K also revealed that she could only air part of the call with Rocky, because the things that he said on the call were not appropriate to be made public.
But Tasha did send the entire call – behind the scenes – to Kandi. And according to a source, Rocky said some pretty NASTY stuff about Kandi and Todd that Tasha didn’t air.
Kandi then got together with Tiny and Tamika and discussed the whole scenario with them without Tocha in the picture. Kandi talked about all the options and told them that she would be filing a defamation lawsuit against Rocky. The other members allegedly gave her their blessings to move forward with the lawsuit.
When Rocky caught wind of the lawsuit, he made some serious threats to the couple.
And there’s more… Kandi’s soon-to-be-filed lawsuit will reportedly cover issues other than defamation. The Burress’ legal team has reportedly discovered some money fraud suggesting that Rocky may have misappropriated $30,000 of the group’s money.
