The victim claims that her eye was already recovering from a surgery and Melle Mel purposely hit her in the same eye — cracking her stitches. Jordan explained that the assault left a HOLE in her eye and she is currently recovering in an LA hospital.

Melle Mel has since been released from jail after posting a $50,000 bail and spoke to Rolling Stone about the incident. Surprisingly, his version of the story is completely different from Jordan’s.
