Lil Wayne has previously been arrested on weapon charges and he is prohibited from possessing a firearm.
Wayne’s lawyer Howard Srebnick stated that he’ll be fine as there is no proof that he used the firearm.
“There is no allegation that he ever fired it, brandished it, used it or threatened to use it,” said Srebnick. “There is no allegation that he is a dangerous person,” Srebnick said.
