Ashanti later shared the same video to her Instagram and wrote a sweet message in honor of her birthday.
“The next Chapter. My sister is a FUCKIN BEAST! One of the most resilient women I’ve been blessed enough to know. I’m honored to be your older sister..the blood in these veins will NEVER BETRAY. I love you. I’m with you. Always. Happy 31st Birthday,” Ashanti wrote.
The video features pics and clips of Shia’s life and to many people’s surprise, it also featured some really horrific details of her abusive relationship with her ex.
Shia was seen with a bloody face broken tooth and a black eye.

Immediately, after Ashanti shared the video, fans started speculating that the man who assaulted Shia was longtime boyfriend Slow Bucks whose real name is Windsor Lubin.
