The story about Lil Rodney’s sentencing was very straight forward. When the little rapper was 11, he cut off his ankle bracelet that he had been forced to wear after an arson charge. During that time he allegedly shot a 1-year-old baby.
But during the hearing, Rodney claimed that he cut off his bracelet because he wanted to go to a friend’s funeral.
