Following the arrest, Evelyn discovered several side chicks that Chad had been seeing behind Evelyn’s back.
Few days later, Evelyn filed for divorce stating that their marriage was “irretrievably broken”. Their divorce was finalized in September 2012.

Chad pleaded no contest and was given 12-month probation.
Evelyn later explained that Chad was not the man that she knew.
