Rob later filed a lawsuit, and in September 2017, Chyna filed a motion to dismiss the assault and battery claims. According to her, the only harm Rob suffered that night was related to her breakup with him. When it comes to the gun incident, she says that everyone knew it was a joke and that she had no intention of pulling the trigger.
